Sales has been Janette's career, first in Real Estate and Interior Decorating, to Vending for the past 18 years. After twelve years with Atnip Co, (as their sales and marketing manager), plus 2 years at Pacific Brokerage (now BBI) she was encouraged to take her sales and marketing ideas and open her own company. She is very passionate about the success of FOCUS 365 and our industry.

Robert began in the Vend/OCS business by first working for VSA (Vistar) for five years and Vend Catering Supply for three years. Getting a taste of sales, he moved on to working for a Vend Broker in Southern California (BDR & Assoc.) until they sold the business. Manufacturers and customers persuaded Robert to venture out on his own, thus...FOCUS 365! Robert covers the Southern California and Las Vegas marketplaces, where he is affectionately known as "one of the good guys -- honest, loyal, ethical!"

Immediately after college, Cathy went to work for Kraft Foods for 10 years as a Sales Representative. She also managed a 13-state territory for a national seafood company for 2 years. Since 1999, Cathy has become the premier vend Broker rep; having worked for BDR & Associates and Pacific (now BBI). She left Pacific, and was instrumental to the success of FOCUS 365 from day one.

Amy Fox is our Customer Service manager. She recently received her bachelor degree in Technical Management with a minor in Marketing. She is now working on her MBA with a concentration on marketing. She also worked at a law firm in Compliance and Customer Service, while attending college. Amy works closely with all of our Distributors and Manufacturers, to ensure that all orders are placed and shipped correctly.

Shelby is our Northwest Territory Manager and covers Oregon, Washington, western Idaho & Alaska. She works closely with the two vend distributors-Vistar Northwest and Vend Northwest. She has extensive sales experience in the food and beverage brokerage industry, and primarily targeted the retail segment while working for Advantage Sales & Marketing and Co-Sales Northwest as their territory manager. Shelby also spent a year as the territory manager for Tony's Coffee and Teas in Seattle. On weekends you will find Shelby at all of the Seahawks games!

Michael covers No. California and No. Nevada, with his home base in the Central Valley. He has been in the food and beverage industry since 1998, where he was employed by Coca-Cola Ent. for 7 years, working in the Bay Area, before moving on to PepsiCo/Frito Lay where he worked with their No. Ca Foodservice division for 3 years. Michael is personable and has a “can do” attitude, which makes him a pleasure to work with wherever he goes.

Neil Swindale has been in the vending industry for over 15 years in a variety of different positions. He has worked managing the vending channel for large corporations such as Coca Cola and Pepsico for the San Francisco/Bay Area and was the Regional Sales Manager for Nestle Waters Vending for the western territory. Neil has also owned his own vending company (Pacific Refreshments) for five years and also started VendCentral which is a marketing company that teaches vending company's how to grow their business. Neil has a wealth of vending related experience and is currently building and deploying the new FOCUS 365 website and online marketing solution. Neil also assists Michael covering the No. CA market.

done now" attitude, which benefits everyone!
